ProProfs understands that uninterrupted service is critical for our customers. If your organization restricts inbound traffic using firewall allowlists, please ensure that requests originating from ProProfs are permitted.

Outbound Integration Traffic from ProProfs

If your organization receives API requests, webhooks, or other integration traffic initiated by ProProfs, please allowlist the following outbound IP address to receive traffic from ProProfs:
