How to Change a Quiz to 'Draft' Mode
ProProfs Quiz Maker allows you to change a quiz from published to draft mode. When a quiz is set to draft, it becomes inaccessible to quiz takers, allowing you to safely make updates without affecting live users.
Benefits:
-
Prevents Access During Updates:Temporarily hide the quiz while making changes.
-
Maintains Content Control:Edit or review quizzes without impacting learners.
-
Supports Reusability:Keep quizzes for future use without keeping them active.
Example:
An organization identifies an error in a live quiz and immediately switches it to draft mode to prevent further attempts. After correcting the mistake, they republish the quiz to ensure all future participants see the updated version.
Here is how a quiz appears when it’s in draft mode:
To Change a Quiz Status to ‘Draft’
In your ProProfs Quiz Maker dashboard, navigate to a quiz and click “Draft.”
The quiz status will change to draft mode and will appear with a draft label over the thumbnail in the dashboard.
That is all about changing a quiz to draft mode.
