What Happens When I Cancel My Subscription?

When you cancel your subscription to ProProfs Quiz Maker, you will be downgraded to a free account. This means that you will lose access to some of the features and benefits that you enjoyed as a premium user. Specifically, you will no longer be able to:

• View and download reports and user data that show how your quizzes are performing and how your learners are progressing. Any previously stored reports or student information will be deleted from your account.
• Use premium features such as security, branding, certificates, white labeling, and more. Your quizzes will become public and anyone can take them without your permission or notification.
• Contact our 24/7 premium human support team for any questions or issues that you may have.

You can still use the basic features of ProProfs Quiz Maker, such as creating and hosting your quizzes and question banks, but you will have limited functionality and customization options. If you want to restore your access to the premium features and benefits, you can resubscribe at any time.
