Enabling email notifications in ProProfs Quiz Maker allows you to receive updates whenever a quiz is attempted. You can send notifications to instructors, quiz takers, or specific email addresses, ensuring timely access to quiz reports and results.

Step 1: In your ProProfs Quiz Maker dashboard, go to Settings.

Step 2: Navigate to Notifications, and set “Send me an email when someone takes my quizzes” as “Yes”

Make sure to click Save to confirm the email notification action. 

 To Enable Quiz Notification for the Quiz Taker

Step 1: In the quiz settings, navigate to Notifications, and set “Email quiz takers on quiz completion” as “Yes.”

Make sure to click Save to apply the changes.

Note: To change the Email Template or add “Cc” or “Bcc,” click “Email Template.” Add email addresses in the right fields. You can add up to five addresses in each field. You can only use email addresses that you added as an instructor or admin to your account.

 To Enable Quiz Notification to Any Other Email Address

Step 1: In the quiz settings, navigate to Notifications and set “Email for every attempt on this quiz to <email address>” as “Yes.”

Make sure to click Save to apply the changes.
